Ryan steps up to the plate as Head of Design

Behind every thriving business is a team of dedicated experts who are passionate about what they do. Recently, we have experienced a surge in marketing demands as many of our clients emerge from the depths of the pandemic with a need for growth and expansion. As such, our dedicated team has also experienced some movement as we continue to grow as a business.

For many years, Marisha Seneviratne has headed up our design team, leading the way for creative design and inspiring our Graphic Designers to produce innovative and strategy focused creative solutions for our suite of clients. Sadly, recently, Marisha moved onto new ventures, and no one is more suited to step up to the plate than our very own Ryan Hayes who takes on the position of Head of Design.

Ryan has worked with us for several years as a Graphic Designer and we congratulate him on this deserving career progression which will see him manage the Strictlymarketing design department. Managing Director, Bev Strickland said Ryan’s knowledge of our clients, systems and procedures combined with his strong communication skills and a brilliant creative flare makes him the perfect fit for this role.

A budding videographer, with a passion for interactive visual design, Ryan recently completed training to further his suite of creative skills to include video production and is excited to be able to offer clients this capability in house to achieve cut through in cluttered digital platforms like social media. Ryan who holds a Bachelor of Interactive and Visual Design and completed his Honours at QUT, describes himself as “an interactive designer who utilises design to create emotive reactions from the audience.”

Ryan is thrilled with his recent promotion and said he looks forward to ensuing a strong ethos of creative eccentricity and a dedication to client service within the design team.
