Retail marketing agency Strictlymarketing has kicked off 2018 with an exciting new appointment, adding the Albany Creek Village Shopping Centre in Brisbane to its growing retail client portfolio.
Albany Creek Village is a well-established neighbourhood shopping centre conveniently located in the heart of the Albany Creek community in Brisbane’s north-west. The centre is anchored by a Coles Supermarket plus 37 specialty stores.
The long-standing centre has recently changed ownership and the new owners, Fortius Group, intend to undertake a redevelopment and upgrade.
Strictlymarketing has been appointed to work closely alongside the Knight Frank Brisbane team in marketing Albany Creek Village. This role will initial focus on reviewing the marketing of the property and developing a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to move forward. Strictlymarketing will also be updating the centre’s website and reviewing the overall branding of the centre.
