The festive season is the perfect time to take a moment and reflect on the year past, celebrate successes and send your customers your best wishes for the year ahead.
Strictlymarketing’s top tips for a terrific Christmas card
Be different. If your customers are going to receive a hundred cards make sure yours stand out.
Be personal. Don’t do the old boring “Dear customer” grab a pen and write in your customers name then get all the staff to sign the card and add little personal messages where appropriate.
Be specific. Season’s Greetings… how many times do we see those words every year? Boring! Think about what you actually want to wish your clients. At Strictlymarketing we wish all of our clients a successful year ahead. (After all what’s good for them is good for us!)
Be generous. Not every business can afford to send every customer a bottle of wine. However there are lots of creative ways you can surprise and delight your customers with out breaking the bank. This year Strictlymarketing included little seeded stars which when planted in a garden turn into a beautiful Lemon Scented Bottlebrush.
Be true to yourself. Yes, this tips sounds a little cheesy! However, every company has it own unique style. If you own a pet shop then you must include some puppies and kittens if you are a high-send fashion retailer splash out on some beautiful stock and elegant imagery. Your customer should have a good idea of who your card is from before they read it!
