Specialist retail marketing consultancy Strictlymarketing has been appointed to the iconic Emporium retail precinct in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Strictlymarketing, led by experienced retail marketer Bev Strickland, will work closely with retailers to revitalise the overall Emporium tenancy mix and public offering.
Bev Strickland is one of Queensland’s most respected retail marketers, with an impressive 20-year track record of delivering strong bottom line results for retailers and owners. She has implemented successful marketing strategies for many of Brisbane’s prominent retail precincts, including Portside Wharf and South Bank and the launch of Emporium in 2004.
Ms Strickland said she is excited to again be back working at Emporium after Strictlymarketing managed the highly successfully launch of the project. “Emporium is a landmark development – the first fully integrated mixed-use lifestyle precinct of its kind in Brisbane,” she said. “It certainly set the standard for a new style of vibrant village-style retailing.
