Beaudesert Fair signs on with Strictlymarketing

Beaudesert Fair has appointed Strictlymarketing to manage marketing activities, including social media and website management, for the re-invigorated Scenic Rim shopping centre on an ongoing basis.

Strictlymarketing will develop seasonal marketing campaigns for the centre, work to promote increased retailer and community engagement and to keep consumers updated on changes, promotions and events.

Beaudesert Fair, which opened its doors in 1987, recently opened its new Medi-Hub, a collaborative medical facility which is quickly establishing a reputation as the go-to medical precinct in the Scenic Rim. The Medi-Hub is anchored by Beaudesert Family Practice and includes a skin care clinic, Priceline pharmacy, dentist, a Sullivan Nicolaides pathology clinic and imaging services.

The centre itself is anchored by a Coles Supermarket and a range of specialty and retail tenants including a butcher, baker, bottle shop, Dollar Deals, Flight Centre and nail and foot spa.

Strictlymarketing Managing Director, Bev Strickland, said the appointment represented an expanding geographic footprint and opportunity for the agency.

“Management at Beaudesert Fair is working to re-imagine the possibilities which exist for that site and they need help drawing in locals to return to a centre they may have stopped visiting some years back,” Ms Strickland said.

“The centre is being reinvigorated and we have been charged with making sure people know about it. It’s a little gem of a shopping centre which we are genuinely excited about working with.”
