Bev  Managing Director aka Director of Possibilities

Every business has the ability to be great. The possibilities for any business are endless. But how do you know what is possible? How do you make the seemingly impossible happen?

Bev Strickland has been turning possibilities into reality in the business, property and retail sectors for more than 25 years now. It’s what she does. It’s what she’s great at.

Her ability to create, develop and implement strategic marketing plans that generate bottom line results has made her a highly in-demand consultant across the country.

Her never say die attitude and unique creative vision have gained her an enviable reputation as a ‘trouble-shooter’ who can help guide the revitalisation of previously troubled ventures, resulting in positive growth in turnover, customer traffic, government and community support.

Bev first shined at Byvan as National Director of Marketing, where she was responsible for a $27 million per annum budget and more than 90 staff in 200 shopping centres nationally. Her dedication to making the impossible happen and her determination in securing new business, generating million-dollar fees and maximising asset income was integral in helping Byvan become Australia’s largest privately-owned shopping centre management company.

Since then a variety of management committees and boards, including the South Bank Business Association (SBBA), Australian Marketing Institute (AMI), Kidney Support Network (KSN) and Property Council of Australia (PCA), have sought out her guidance and advice.

A specialist in retail property marketing, Bev’s ability to pinpoint avenues for success and then, through a mix of cutting-edge marketing strategies and dedication to effective implementation, turn these avenues into buzzing highways of success is second to none.

Kelsey   Marketing Manager aka Stratologist

Kelsey’s flair for marketing is always in style, after she honed her Bachelor of Business degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and Fashion from QUT working on events like Mercedes Fashion Week.

Kelsey takes major event management, corporate public relations and even dealing with bridezillas all in her (very fashionable) stride. That’s why we offered her a job after the internship.

She not only knows how to share the story of retail property developments but can spot a true bargain at the same time (in her lunchbreak).

Kelsey is not only bringing a portfolio of her own clients to Strictlymarketing but her special mix of skills in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies across print, electronic and online media as well as retail leasing and email campaigns.

Hannah  Marketing Executive aka Actionologist

Our expert at getting things done, new kid on the block Hannah Pollard brings an exciting combination of vision, energy and attention to detail to the marketing of retail properties.

Hannah has been appointed to the full-time positon of Marketing Executive with Strictlymarketing following on from her role as an Intern Marketing Executive since April 2017.

She has also previously held Administration Assistant roles with a strong marketing focus for Brisbane companies Alceon QLD and Vidgil Pty Ltd.

In addition to this practical hands-on experience, Hannah is currently completing a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Public Relations and Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology.

She has had wide-ranging exposure to implementing marketing campaigns for a variety of Strictlymarketing clients. This includes ongoing liaison with clients and suppliers, managing marketing budgets, copywriting and website management.

Hannah specialises in all things digital. She has outstanding knowledge and skills across all aspects of modern digital marketing, including SEO and Google Analytics, social media platforms, content management systems and design software.

Erin   Marketing Executive aka Digitalologist

We have all heard the saying that ‘content is king’. But at Strictlymarketing we believe there is a big difference between everyday content and truly compelling and engaging content that stands out from the crowd.

Erin is passionate about all forms of modern marketing, design and branding and is committed to assisting Strictlymarketing clients to fully capitalise on the powerful reach and potential of social media and digital marketing mediums. Her goal is the consistent delivery of expertly planned and implemented social media, digital marketing content paired with visuals to really make an impact.

Erin brings multi-disciplinary marketing and creative skills to this important role having completed a double degree at the Queensland University of Technology in Business (Marketing) and Creative Industries (Interactive & Visual Design).  She has previously undertaken an internship with Strictlymarketing as well as in the Marketing and Communications team at the Saint Vincent de Paul Society and as a Junior Designer at Fonseka Innovations.

Marisha   Graphic Designer aka Designologist

Our resident design magician, Marisha can take the simplest idea and turn it into something spectacular.

Marisha attended Griffith University’s Queensland College of Arts and completed a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Visual Communication and Design, and incorporates her love of drawing into her design to create that unique, personalised touch.

Marisha creates tailored designs developed from paper to screen to suit the personality of every business. Whether you need posters, flyers, website design or various other forms of printed and digital media, Marisha is your girl. She is excellent at listening to the needs of her clients and creating stand out designs to suit their every need.

Gillian   Administration aka Paperologist

Paperologist, (n) one who organises that which comes off trees. The master of the databases. The keeper of the filing cabinet keys. The creater of timesheets. She who must be obeyed. See also: Administrologist.

Whether it’s paper or digital, timesheets, databases, print ad samples, posters, brochures, signage, packaging, websites, filing, pay slips or creative pitches – you name it, Gillian Vogel, Strictlymarketing’s resident Paperologist knows what it is, where it is and how to get it.

When she is not organising our team of needy marketing types, Gillian is out living the life of an all-round high achiever. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Economics and has a strong record of achievement, determination and leadership in various academic, cultural, community and sporting pursuits.

Gillian brings an outstanding academic grounding and her fresh, dynamic approach to contemporary creative thinking ensures she adds value across Strictlymarketing’s portfolio with a commitment to consistently delivering superior customer service and innovative client solutions each and every day.
